Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, prioritize requisitions, and align recruitment activities accordingly Proactively source, assess, and select candidates using multiple channels and platforms Build and maintain talent pipelines through continuous sourcing, workforce development programs, school partnerships, and community outreach Champion accurate and consistent use of the applicant tracking system to support data integrity, compliance and reporting Develop and execute recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract qualified, motivated candidates across multiple job families Host employer presentations, attend professional job fairs and other related recruiting outreach activities Develop and maintain recruitment outreach materials that support visibility and employer brand consistency Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in a full cycle professional recruiting and school engagement function,



preferably within a construction / manufacturing environment Bachelor of Business Administration degree or relevant post-secondary degree RPR or CPHR designation would be considered an asset Experience recruiting across different role types (skilled trades, technical, professional) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, colleagues, and external partners Confident presenter, comfortable speaking to groups and representing the organization in a qualified manner Collaborative, adaptable, and commitment to contributing to a positive, team‑oriented workplace Possess own transportation with willingness and ability to travel to our locations in Ontario As a member of the OSCO Construction Group, we offer a comprehensive compensation package including health and dental coverage, life insurance, RRSP and tax-free savings account options.
