What you'll do Grow a book of home, auto, and commercial insurance clients Follow up on leads and referrals, book appointments, and put together quotes that fit each client's needs Review existing policies to find gaps and cross-sell opportunities Give fast, friendly service that keeps clients coming back and sending referrals What you'll get A $55,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with total earnings of $100,000+ possible OTL licensing paid for by us Hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced agent A close-knit,
