What you'll do Grow a book of home, auto, and commercial insurance clients Follow up on leads and referrals, book appointments, and put together quotes that fit each client's needs Review existing policies to find gaps and cross-sell opportunities Give rapid, friendly service that keeps clients coming back and sending referrals What you'll get A $55,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with total earnings of $100,000+ possible OTL licensing paid for by us Hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced agent A close-knit,



supportive team that celebrates wins What you bring A proven track record of hitting or beating sales targets A customer-first attitude, with a history of building lasting client relationships An OTL licence, or willingness to get one (we'll cover the cost) Confident communication skills and a drive to win Fluent English; other languages, such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Farsi, Italian, or Russian, are a strong asset These positions are with an independent contractor agent that is part of the Desjardins exclusive agent network, not with Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries.
