Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular mobile visits in client homes and community
• Reinforce health teaching from Public Health Nurses
• Role model positive parenting strategies for caregivers




• Assist families in accessing necessary community resources
• Communicate progress with the PHN and FHV team
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Early Childhood Development
• Proficiency in English or French preferred
• Experience with families having children aged 0-6
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle
