Tasks Operate and monitor centrifugal separators during production.

Monitor production parameters and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.

Verify production parameters and complete the required follow-ups to ensure compliance with established standards.

Collect samples and perform basic laboratory checks throughout the shift.

Enter production data and maintain accurate operational records.

Work closely with various departments during start-ups, product changeovers, and CIP cleaning cycles.

Review and interpret CIP cycle data and complete any required follow-up.

Perform basic troubleshooting as well as minor equipment disassembly and reassembly.

Follow all health and safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.

Maintain a clean and safe production environment in compliance with established standards.

Job requirements 2 to 4 years of experience in food processing, food production, or the dairy industry.

Experience operating centrifugal separators is strongly preferred.

Experience with food processing operations and production equipment.

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with industrial equipment.

Experience with CIP systems is an asset.

Comfortable working with computerized systems.

Knowledge of GMP and HACCP standards is an asset.

International work experience will be considered.

Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
