Private Client Services Account Manager High Net Worth Personal Lines | Toronto, ON | Hybrid | Full Time, Permanent $65,000 to $115,000 + Variable Compensation & Performance Bonus Hello World Recruitment, founded by Jeremy Corbet, is recruiting an experienced Private Client Services Account Manager for an established Canadian insurance brokerage.

This is an opportunity for a Personal Lines insurance professional with strong client relationship skills and experience working with high-value homes, automobiles, and complex personal insurance portfolios.

You will manage a diverse portfolio of private clients and work closely with Producers and insurance partners to deliver a high level of service and insurance expertise.

What We’re Looking For • Active RIBO license in good standing • Minimum 5 years of Personal Lines Insurance experience • Experience servicing high-value homes and automobiles is strongly preferred • Strong understanding of Personal Lines coverage and risk exposures • Proven ability to identify coverage gaps and round out accounts • Strong client relationship and sales skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • EPIC experience is an asset • CAIB, CIP,



or other insurance designations are an asset • Experience with high-net-worth insurance products or Private Client Services is an asset What You’ll Be Doing • Manage a portfolio of Private Client Services accounts • Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and other account servicing requirements • Assess client risk exposures and identify coverage needs • Provide knowledgeable insurance advice to high-value clients • Review accounts and identify opportunities to round out coverage • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Work closely with Producers and insurance partners • Negotiate and communicate effectively with clients and insurers • Maintain accurate and organized account documentation Compensation & Benefits • $65,000 to $115,000 annual compensation range • Variable commission and potential performance-based bonus • Hybrid work flexibility • Group RRSP matching • Paid personal days • Group health benefits and EFAP • Qualified membership fees, including RIBO, IBAO, and IIC • Professional development and educational reimbursement • Professional office environment and free parking
