Job Summary We are hiring a Permanent Order Picker / Warehouse Associate for a direct hire opportunity in Brampton, Ontario.

This hands-on warehouse role is ideal for an experienced, dependable candidate who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and contributing to accurate, on-time customer shipments.

This position is well suited for someone with solid order-picking and warehouse experience who can hit the ground running with limited training.

You will be part of a busy food and beverage production warehouse environment where teamwork, reliability, safety, and steady performance are valued.

Key Responsibilities - Pick and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment. - Handbomb, move, load, and organize product throughout the warehouse. - Assist with shipping, receiving, order staging,



and general warehouse tasks. - Operate pallet jacks, pallet trucks, and order-picking equipment as required. - Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs. while maintaining a safe work pace. - Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe while supporting team members as needed.

Compensation and Benefits - Pay rate: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility required. - Hours may range from 35 hours per week during slower summer periods to 45 hours per week during peak season. - 2 weeks of paid vacation. - Benefits after 6 months. - Safety shoes provided. - Consistent daytime schedule. - Opportunity for additional hours during peak periods. - Direct hire, permanent opportunity.
