Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee global benefits and retirement strategy development
• Lead U.S. health and welfare programs and retirement plans




• Partner with senior leaders to balance employee value and financial stewardship
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and program effectiveness
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements:
• 12+ years in benefits or total rewards leadership
• 5+ years managing global benefits in a multinational context
• Knowledge of compliance and risk management
• Strong financial acumen and experience with M&A;
• Qualified certifications like CEBS or SHRM-SCP
