10+ hours per day, 10 & 4 Monday to Thursday, OT after 10hr/day or 40hr/week

Requirements

Personal Reliable Vehicle

CSA approved steel toed boots with 6" ankle support

Valid Driver's License (non GDL)

Flat work experience

Pre-employment

Drug and alcohol testing (urine-based test)

Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation

Carpenter Responsibilities

Promote, execute and adhere to the company's safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.

Carpenter Qualifications

Must hold a valid Journeyman Ticket for Carpentry for Journeyman

Must have 3 years' experience as a carpenter on a commercial or industrial site.

3rd and 4th Year Apprentices will be considered for this position

Flatwork experience required.

Experience with concrete formwork.

Mix, pour, and spread construction materials.

Perform construction activities.

Erect and dismantle concrete forms, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades as required.

CSTS-2020, and H2S Awareness training is an asset.
