You will act as the primary liaison between clients and staff, onboarding current clients and fostering ongoing relationships while coordinating project timelines and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities include analyzing client feedback, using CRM tools to track progress, and contributing to student assessment and reporting. A Bachelor's degree is required, and French is a plus.
