You will interpret technical drawings, prepare and remove structural formwork, and ensure quality work is completed to specifications. The successful candidate must demonstrate leadership qualities and a commitment to safety, fulfilling the company’s 'zero injury' culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret drawings and specifications for project execution




• Prepare and remove structural formwork for various applications
• Cut, shape, and join materials using diverse methods
• Check completed units for accuracy in size and location
• Mentor apprentices under safety standards

Requirements:
• CSTS-20 Certificate required
• Experience in formwork carpentry
• Strong understanding of safety procedures
• Able to lift up to 25kg
• Fluent in English, verbal and written
