SAP Project Systems Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional expertise across SAP Project System (PS) processes and configurations.

Support and enhance Results Analysis within SAP PS, including project-related financial and controlling processes.

Manage and troubleshoot Project/WBS consumption processes for inventory, ensuring appropriate integration with relevant SAP modules.

Support SAP PS integration with Sales and Distribution (SD) billing, including project-related billing scenarios.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP functional solutions.

Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to investigate process issues and recommend solutions.

Support testing, defect resolution, documentation,



and implementation activities.

Identify opportunities to improve and streamline project-related SAP processes.

Provide functional support for integrations between PS and other SAP modules.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Project System (PS).

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with:

Results Analysis in SAP PS

Project/WBS Consumption for Inventory

PS integration with SD Billing

Good understanding of WBS elements, project structures, project costing, and settlement concepts.

Experience working with integrated SAP business processes.

Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Experience supporting requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and implementation.
