The YMCA of Northern Alberta seeks a Wellness Coach dedicated to member success. This role involves supervising activities, maintaining equipment, and proactively engaging with members. You will ensure that our Fitness Centre remains a safe and enjoyable space while being responsible for delivering Y Thrive coaching sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee activities within the Fitness Centre for safety
• Proactively engage with members, anticipating their needs
• Monitor and address fitness centre etiquette issues




• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment
• Conduct fitness orientations and respond to inquiries

Requirements:
• Experience in a customer service role preferred
• Obtain Y Thrive Coaching YMCA certification within 3 months
• Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
• Able to obtain a Police Information Check
• Intermediate First Aid and CPR-C certification required
