Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable under management direction
• Reconcile cheque and credit card payments accurately daily
• Print necessary daily reports following established policies




• Maintain confidential office records of transactions
• Assist with inventory control and receiving shipments

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Accounts payable and receivable experience preferred
• Valid Canadian driver’s license required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Previous SAP experience considered an asset
