Oversee customer service efforts as a Client Services Supervisor at Shadbolt Theatre Facility. This full time role focuses on supervising operations, event coordination, and client relations.

In this supervisory position, you will manage box office and front of house operations, ensuring client needs are met for theatre events and facility rentals. Your role includes creating contracts, troubleshooting issues, and fostering strong relationships with various user groups. You will also collaboratively work with internal departments to ensure seamless event day operations and implement new systems to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff performing box office operations
• Coordinate client services and event requirements




• Develop and maintain client relationships effectively
• Handle cash and electronic payment transactions
• Prepare detailed reports on sales and demographics

Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion with arts management courses
• Experience in theatre operations and client services
• Strong knowledge of box office management practices
• Valid British Columbia Driver’s License needed
• Ability to handle conflicts with the public confidently
