About the Role Our client is seeking a strategic and analytical Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) Analyst to join their finance team, operating remotely to support their business units. This role is crucial for developing financial forecasts, budgets, and performing in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for identifying trends, modeling financial scenarios, and presenting insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to financial management in a dynamic remote setting.
Key Responsibilities Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts, working closely with department managers.
Analyze financial performance against budget and prior periods, identifying key drivers and variances.
Prepare detailed financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and new business opportunities.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
Prepare financial presentations and reports for executive management and board meetings.




Continuously improve financial planning processes and reporting tools.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex modeling and data analysis.
Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan) is a plus.
Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
