Kärcher is seeking a Service Operations Manager in Ontario to lead daily shop operations, scheduling, and ensure 95% of service requests are assigned within 24 hours. You will oversee the Service Admin and shop technicians, driving productivity and hands-on training.
Role requires strong mechanical background, ERP experience (SAP Business One or Reynolds & Reynolds), and a willingness to travel with extended seasonal hours. Eligible for Kärcher incentive program advantages.
