• Manage processing of client orders and inventory
• Prepare shipping requirements and ensure timely dispatch

Requirements:
• Education in Customer Service preferred
• Minimum 2 years in Customer Service, preferably 3PL
• 2 years experience with Warehouse Management Systems
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
