Key Responsibilities:
• Greet members and assist with their check-in
• Promote a supportive fitness environment on the floor
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to management
• Handle phone inquiries in a friendly manner
• Perform membership sign-ups and cancellations

Requirements:
• 6-12 months experience in customer service
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
• Basic computer proficiency
