Big League Food Company is seeking a reliable Night Baker (Sourdough Bread) to join the night production team in Hamilton. You will work with deck and convection ovens, manage fermentation, bake rustic breads, and ensure quality and safety in a rapid-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of commercial kitchen or bread baking experience, can lift 50 lbs, and are available for the 5pm–3am shift. This role offers part-time hours with growth potential and competitive hourly pay.
