Canadian Tire in Fergus is seeking a motivated Supervisor/Department Manager to lead the department, uphold friendly, informed staff, and deliver excellent customer service. You will report to the Store Manager and drive retail execution that meets performance expectations.
You will plan daily activities, train and coach team members, schedule shifts within budget, handle conflicts, and ensure health and safety compliance.
