Our client seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to enhance the finance department during a pivotal transformation. You will report directly to the Vice President of Finance & Operations, supervise a team of three, and guarantee timely financial reporting while strengthening internal controls. The role also focuses on refining processes and supporting ongoing ERP implementations for improved efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead month-end and year-end financial close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements and reconciliations




• Manage the external audit process and auditor communications
• Supervise and develop a small finance team
• Support grant and restricted fund accounting for compliance

Requirements:
• CPA designation is mandatory
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Robust background in audit and internal controls
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction
