What You'll Do Install and configure POS terminals, printers, and kitchen displays.
Diagnose network and device issues at customer locations.
Coordinate with software teams for cross-layer issue resolution.
Maintain service quality documentation and incident reporting.
What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with POS, network, and peripheral hardware.
Comfort operating in quick-paced on-site support environments.
Strong communication with customer and internal teams.
Willingness to travel within assigned support zones.
