Provide essential children's services with NEOFACS in Kapuskasing or Hearst, Ontario. This full time role focuses on preventative and protection services, risk assessments, and supporting families in need.

In the Investigation, Assessment and Ongoing team, you'll deliver a wide range of children's services. Ideal for those with experience in social services, this role requires completing documentation for protection plans and disposition decisions. Flexibility in working hours is essential, along with bilingualism in English and French.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide preventative and child protection services
• Complete risk assessments for children and families
• Develop and document protection plans
• Interpret and apply relevant legislation
• Maintain clear communication with families and stakeholders

Requirements:
• MSW or BSW preferred; relevant diplomas considered
• Experience with children and families is an asset
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must hold a G2 license; G Class preferred
• Flexible schedule and travel willingness required
