Become a Field Security Supervisor with Armour Security and Protection Services Corp. This full-time role facilitates operations, training, and employee management both in-office and in office.

As a Field Security Supervisor, you'll oversee Security Guards and field support staff while ensuring adherence to Armour’s policies. Your responsibilities include managing vehicle maintenance, analyzing employee performance reports, and conducting site inspections. You will play a critical role in ensuring security and safety are upheld across assigned locations while being a point of contact for emergencies and incident reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage mobile unit inspections and vehicle cleanliness
• Analyze employee performance and issue warnings




• Conduct staff training and emergency response procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory of security equipment
• Oversee guard operations in absence of scheduling staff

Requirements:
• 2+ years of Security Supervising experience
• Valid Basic Security Training License
• Class 5 Driver's License with clean abstract
• Proficient in English, verbal and written
• Reliable with strong leadership abilities

Lead site security efforts while ensuring compliance and support within your team.
