At Eataly, we seek a dedicated Pizza Maker to produce our signature pizza alla pala. Reporting to the Bakery & Pala Lead, you will follow authentic recipes while maintaining high-quality standards and a clean workspace. This role is perfect for those who are eager to learn and engage with customers about the art of pizza making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare pizzas according to authentic Italian recipes
• Maintain cleanliness in food production areas
• Follow portion sizes and quality standards
• Master all shifts in pizza production
• Assist Sales Associates and engage with guests
Requirements:
• 1+ year experience in a back of house production role
• Strong work ethic and good communication skills
• Availability for flexible schedule including evenings
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience using pizza ovens and mixers
