Lookout Housing and Health Society seeks an Outreach Worker in Duncan, BC to provide housing support, advocacy and services for adults with complex needs. The role involves crisis intervention, linkages to resources, and coordination of care under COR standards.

Responsibilities include assisting clients with secure living, budgeting, and partnership with teams to meet health and housing goals. Must have OFA1 and a Class 5 license; evening/overnight shifts apply.
