As a TMG Operator, you will operate truck-mounted service equipment, ensuring high safety standards on the wellsite. Your role is pivotal in maintaining exceptional client relationships and providing quality service. You will also handle continuous rod carefully, complete inspections, and comply with safety regulations to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate truck-mounted service equipment during well services
• Lead daily safety meetings and conduct hazard assessments
• Maintain positive client relationships throughout service




• Handle continuous rod safely for downhole integrity
• Complete all paperwork accurately and promptly

Requirements:
• Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent
• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license and clean abstract
• Industry training certificates like H2S and First Aid/CPR
• Experience with TMG/TMX or endless rod handling preferred
• Willingness to work long hours in varying conditions
