Full-cycle recruitment experience for Product roles in both agency and/or in-house environments.
Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring workloads (20+ open requisitions simultaneously).
Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with senior and demanding stakeholders.
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to effectively prioritize workload while managing complex hiring processes involving sourcing, immigration, compensation/total rewards, and other cross-functional dependencies.
