Sur La Table is seeking an Email & SMS Specialist to own end-to-end lifecycle campaigns, from calendaring to deployment and performance analysis. You will drive segmentation, A/B testing cadences, and AI-powered processes to scale during peak periods.
In a lean team, you will take ownership, move rapid, and collaborate with Brand Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and Analytics/CRM to optimize engagement while ensuring regulatory compliance across CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR.
