This role also involves constructing best practices and ensuring pedagogical consistency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recommend and document best practices in instructional design
• Guide instructional designers in pedagogical strategies
• Implement quality assurance practices for learning solutions




• Integrate innovative educational technologies into projects
• Analyze learning needs and operational challenges

Requirements:
• University degree in instructional design or related field
• 5 to 8 years in a similar instructional role
• Strong expertise in learning and quality assurance practices
• Bilingual in French and English
• Familiarity with tools like Articulate 360 and AI technologies
