At Jetson, our mission is to transition homes from fossil fuels to electrification solutions. The New Product Introduction Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth launch of products such as heat pumps and EV chargers. With a focus on cross-functional coordination, you’ll manage launch planning and enhance operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end product launch plans
• Coordinate efforts across multiple teams




• Ensure operational readiness with training and SOPs
• Run pilot programs for current technologies
• Track progress and resolve any blockers

Requirements:
• 5+ years in project management
• Large-scale project delivery experience
• NPI experience and knowledge of thermodynamics
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to travel
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform field installations
