While previous Hospitalist experience is beneficial, it’s not mandatory; your strong clinical and communication skills will shine. Work commitments include shared evening, weekend, and night shifts, ensuring continuity of care across the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive care as the Most Responsible Physician




• Manage admissions for unattached patients
• Offer supportive care for surgical and psychiatric cases
• Collaborate with an inter-skilled team
• Participate in administrative duties and committee work

Requirements:
• CCFP certification is required
• CPSBC Full Licensure necessary
• ACLS training suggested
• Enthusiasm for team collaboration
• Willingness to undergo quality improvement initiatives
