About the Role This is a defining product leadership prospect within Legend's Sports business as it enters its next chapter. The role brings together world-class technology, data, design and product expertise to build exceptional experiences for millions of sports fans around the world. Reporting directly to the Chief Sports Officer, the position leads Product and Design across the global Sports portfolio and influences the strategy behind recognised sports betting and media brands. The role focuses on evolving products beyond highly used and engaging tools into experiences that become an essential part of how sports fans make betting decisions, while evolving the Product operating model and embedding data, customer insight and experimentation into decisions. It also champions how AI can transform products, experiences and the way teams discover and deliver.
Key Responsibilities Set the bar for Product and Design leadership by leading, coaching and developing Product and Design leaders and teams across international markets.
Partner with Pillar leadership to define compelling product visions for properties, influence the strategy behind recognised sports betting and media brands, and connect visions through a cohesive Sports-wide roadmap, balancing global opportunities and commercial agreements.
Translate business and product strategy into focused priorities, actionable roadmaps, measurable outcomes and consistently high-quality execution.
Lead the next evolution of the Product operating model, strengthening how teams plan, prioritise, collaborate and deliver while building alignment across senior stakeholders.
Embed analytics, competitor intelligence, user insight, discovery and experimentation into product development to enable sharper, faster decisions.
Champion how AI can transform products, experiences and the way teams discover and deliver,



identifying and applying AI opportunities that accelerate how we build and unlock smarter, more valuable experiences for customers.
Evolve products beyond highly used and engaging tools into experiences that become an essential part of how sports fans make betting decisions, deepening engagement and growing the member base.
Strengthen the partnership between Product, Design, Engineering and commercial leadership.
Required Experience & Qualifications Significant experience leading Product teams in ambitious consumer technology businesses, with the leadership range to operate across multiple brands, markets or product areas.
Strong track record of defining product strategy and turning bold vision into successful, measurable execution.
Experience building and evolving high-performing Product organisations, operating models and delivery practices, and leading teams successfully through change.
Deeply data-informed approach to Product, combining analytics, experimentation, customer insight and commercial judgement to make better decisions.
Exceptional people leadership, with a genuine passion for coaching and developing Product Managers, Product leaders and Designers.
Strong executive stakeholder management, with the confidence to influence, challenge constructively and build alignment.
Track record of partnering closely with Engineering to turn product strategy into scalable, high-quality experiences.
Preferred Skills Experience in high-growth consumer businesses such as sports betting, gaming, digital media, marketplaces or e-commerce would be highly valuable.
