Key Responsibilities:
• Support residents with personalized daily activities
• Maintain effective communication with residents and teams

• Identify changes in resident needs and inform clinical leads
• Build trust and rapport with residents and families
Requirements:
• Certification as a Personal Support Worker or equivalent
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
• Experience in a Senior Living setting is a plus
