At Atlassian, we are seeking a Principal Machine Learning Systems Engineer to lead a major ML-powered search capability. You will shape problem framing, architecture, and the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data strategy to deployment, across diverse data sources.
You will drive scalable distributed systems, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product teams to measure online outcomes and ensure high-quality indexing and content understanding.
