As a Swim Instructor, you’ll create engaging lessons for swimmers of all ages within the Family Activities Team. This role focuses on developing innovative classes aligned with Swim England's national teaching plan while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will contribute to Virgin Active's vision of becoming a Social Wellness Club through effective member engagement and community support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and deliver poolside activities and swimming lessons
• Develop creative classes following Swim England's teaching plan
• Ensure a safe,



enjoyable environment for members
• Provide great customer service with personal attention
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and fitness improvements

Requirements:
• Swim England/ASA Level 2 or STA Level 2 Certificate
• Friendly and approachable manner with members
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Willingness to embrace new challenges
