Job Summary
Meeting room support technician for on-site downtown Calgary, we’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology who is coachable and eager to learn. We'll train you on the rest.

Key Responsibilities

Check meeting room equipment for proactive room checks.

Troubleshoot issues and work with Tier 3 support when required.

Set up meeting rooms by helping users get connected.

Perform break-fix of faulty equipment.

Keep inventory and management of assets accurate.

Skill Requirements

A strong interest in technology and a willingness to be coached.

Basic knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and networking.

Positive problem-solving skills.

Friendly, clear communication with a focus on the customer.

Able to pivot when priorities change..

Nice to have:

Crestron

Biamp

Microsoft Teams Rooms.

Other Requirements

Some experience in technical support, AV or IT, through work, school or personal projects.
