Responsibilities

Coordinate the daily logistics operations with our various terminals and partners

Analyze transportation needs and identify surpluses, shortages, and opportunities for optimization

Research and negotiate capacity with partner carriers

Monitor trips, pickups, and deliveries

Manage unforeseen events, delays, and last-minute changes

Maintain strong relationships with carriers and logistics partners

Qualifications

Experience in logistics, transport, or transport coordination

A good knowledge of the transport industry—dry box, flatbed, oversize, B-Train, etc.





Excellent sense of organization and priorities

Ease in communicating and building business relationships

A good reflex to quickly find solutions

Autonomy, resourcefulness, and good pressure tolerance

Good command of the Office Suite, TMS and logistics analysis tools
