In this role, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and focus on optimizing maintenance work for asset reliability. You will be responsible for developing detailed job plans, enhancing preventive maintenance content, and maintaining data accuracy in CMMS. Your efforts will directly impact maintenance effectiveness within the team, preparing work packages that are ready for execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop job plans with accurate scope and labor estimates
• Optimize preventive maintenance programs for improved reliability
• Ensure kitted work is ready before scheduling




• Collaborate with contractors to define job requirements
• Analyze PM performance and equipment history

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in engineering or related field
• 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance
• Strong CMMS experience (SAP, Fiix)
• Knowledge of reliability principles and asset management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
