Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) in Brantford, Ontario, seeks a registered nurse to join the Medically Complex Care program. You will provide comprehensive nursing care and work with an interprofessional team to support patient outcomes.
Requirements include a nursing degree from an accredited program, current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario, BCLS, and two years in complex continuing care or geriatric settings; IV starts and venipuncture skills are required.
