Drive workplace safety with expertise as an Occupational Health and Safety Advisor in Mississauga and Etobicoke. This role focuses on risk assessment, safety training, and fostering a resilient safety culture.

You will partner with employees and leaders to enhance health and safety compliance across cold storage and warehouse operations. Your responsibilities include inspections, incident investigations, and supporting regulatory compliance while implementing effective safety programs. You will be integral in promoting a proactive safety culture throughout the facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits
• Investigate workplace incidents and propose solutions
• Facilitate safety training and employee awareness initiatives




• Support compliance with health and safety legislation
• Monitor safety performance and suggest improvements

Requirements:
• Degree or certification in Occupational Health & Safety
• Minimum 5 years experience in health and safety roles
• Knowledge of OHS legislation and regulations
• Experience with safety management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety systems
