Key Responsibilities:
• Own employee experience initiatives from onboarding to offboarding
• Drive recruitment processes with hiring managers' collaboration




• Support employee engagement and company culture programs
• Maintain HR systems, ensuring accurate employee data
• Implement improvements in Talent & Culture processes

Requirements:
• 4-7 years of HR or People Operations experience
• Track record of independently managing people programs
• Strong grasp of the employee lifecycle and recruitment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
