In this role, you'll manage ticket reviews, create customer invoices, and support monthly reconciliations. You'll engage with Dispatch and Operations, driving improvements in processes while gaining valuable experience and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry for Accounts Receivable tasks
• Create and issue customer invoices accurately
• Upload invoices to customer portals, resolving disputes




• Review Accounts Receivable aging and manage collections
• Support month-end close tasks and prepare reports

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2-5 years Accounts Receivable experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with Axon, Sage, or QuickBooks
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
