Become an OCS Technician at Alstom in Eglinton, ON. Contribute to the maintenance, repair, and testing of crucial Overhead Contact System assets for Light Rail Vehicles.

As a full-time OCS Technician, you will work in a safety-critical setting ensuring the reliability of railway electrification systems. You'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on crucial components, troubleshoot electrical failures, and respond to service disruptions. This role requires a strong safety mindset and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance on contact and catenary wires
• Conduct inspections and assess conditions of OCS assets
• Document and report defects through the management system




• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical OCS failures
• Operate lifting equipment and aerial devices as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 years in railway electrification systems
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License
• Journeyman Powerline Technician certification preferred
• Working at Heights Certification required
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
