Your role involves collaborating with product designers and engineers to ensure efficient adaptions of design components for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and evolve Waypoint's Figma library and components
• Build and maintain core Waypoint design components
• Sync design tokens in Figma and code consistently




• Partner with designers to translate new patterns into components
• Define workflows connecting Figma and code effectively

Requirements:
• Experience with Figma and component implementation
• Solid understanding of design and code integration
• Ability to document and guide system usage
• Knowledge of design-to-code sync tooling is an asset
• Familiarity with accessibility standards preferred
