Contribute to campus safety and maintenance as a Facilities Technician at HRUC in Harrow-on-the-Hill and Harrow Weald. This full-time role focuses on essential upkeep and compliance across the college.

As a Facilities Technician, you will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of safety and functionality across the Harrow campuses. Key responsibilities include repairs, maintenance, and setup of facilities to ensure a conducive setting for students and staff. You will engage in various physical tasks while working flexibly between both locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct window and door repairs promptly
• Install shelving, clocks, and other fixtures
• Manage room strip-out, repair, and redecoration
• Handle basic plumbing tasks and fitting installations
• Perform furniture repairs and assembly tasks

Requirements:
• IOSH Working Safely Qualification or equivalent
• Direct experience in a facilities or maintenance role
• Skills in routine manual tasks and repairs
• Strong communication skills with all stakeholders
• First Aid at Work certificate or willing to train
