CarePartners is seeking a Personal Support Manager to coordinate and supervise Community Health Services in the Quinte area, based out of the Quinte West office with occasional travel to Brockville. The role includes leadership of Community Support Workers and collaboration with Ontario Health atHome.
The position is full time with on-call rotation evenings and weekends. A valid RN/RPN license, 3–5 years of experience, and CCNO registration are required, along with CPR and a background check.
