Stellar is expanding our Production team with openings for junior, mid-level, and senior Production Coordinators. You will facilitate smooth communication among various teams, ensuring production schedules and tasks are accurately managed. Success in this role requires being calm under pressure and balancing attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update departmental schedules and production data
• Track assignments, revisions, and delivery milestones across departments
• Identify scheduling risks and manage outsourced work effectively




• Prepare weekly status reports for production leadership
• Organize and distribute production materials to Artists and Supervisors

Requirements:
• Experience in CG animation or production workflows
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Google Workspace and MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes
• Legally eligible to work in British Columbia, Canada
