What you’ll accomplish with us As a Business Data Steward, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Lead data governance and stewardship across the wealth management business, helping establish standards for how data is defined, managed, and used.
Own data quality and integrity, including metadata, business glossaries, data lineage, classification, retention, and critical data elements.
Partner across business, technology, compliance, and operations to identify data issues, improve processes, and ensure consistent data practices.
Support regulatory, privacy, and risk requirements by ensuring business data is properly governed and meets Canadian wealth management standards.
Ideal candidate: 10+ years in wealth management and/or data management, including 5+ years working with wealth management data, with strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills. French/English bilingualism is an asset.

The typical hiring range for this position is between $110,000 and $130,000 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
